The Motown Mansion is holding an estate sale
Own a piece of Motown
One of the most notable estates in Boston-Edison and Detroit will be selling history in October. Sold earlier this month for $1.65 million, 918 West Boston Boulevard—commonly known as the Motown Mansion—will be opening its doors for an estate sale with a worldwide audience.
The sale will be in October (we’ll update with exact times and dates when set). Aaron Siepierski, owner of Aaron’s Estate Sales, tells Curbed that the sale of any historic or Motown items will be auctioned off live and it will be broadcast worldwide. The sale will be held for three days and the auction will be held at the property on the second day of the estate sale.
