The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking bids for the Sale of Forest Products –
Red Pine 2,222 Tons more or less; Scotch Pine 115 tons more or less; White Spruce 59 Cords more or less; White Pine pulpwood 34 Cords more or less; White Pine sawtimber 19.4 MBF more or less; Japanese Larch 30.0 MBF more or less; Black Cherry 4.4 MBF more or less; White Ash 2.8 MBF more or less; Red Maple 0.6 MBF more or less; Hardwood Pulp 24 Cords more or less.
Contract extensions may be granted, at the discretion of the DEC upon written request of the Contractor, when extenuating circumstances exist. No extension shall exceed 12 months in length, and the total length of all extensions shall not exceed 24 months. Requests for extensions shall be made in writing at least 60 days prior to Contract termination date.
