LYONS — Glenn Wasman picked the perfect name for his business.
Why? Because it’s evolving.
Wasman, a bookkeeper by trade who worked in merchandising for 20 years at Walt Disney World, opened Evolve for the Home in March 2016 on William Street, just a few doors down from the Ohmann Theatre. The store, which specializes in home décor, features furniture, antiques, gifts, vintage collectibles and repurposed treasures in two large adjacent and connecting storefronts. Its sign outside explains the store’s raison d’être and Wasman’s business philosophy: “because your home is always evolving.”
