Readers may recall that “American Pickers” Mike Wolfe, Frank Fritz and their team made a stop — and filmed a show segment — in Wellsville in the spring of 2015. The show, featuring the Mather Homestead, first aired in October 2015.
Well, Wolfe and Fritz and producers of the hit History show are seeking potential new sites to “pick” in New York and Pennsylvania in September.
In an emailed notice sent to Meme Yanetsko of the Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce — and passed along to us — Mary Weaver of American Pickers on History got the word out that the team is on the hunt.
